Liberty Yard Sale

We gave it our best shot and we didn't win the nomination... I am proud of our volunteer work for Ron Paul in Tennessee and will always cherish the memories of our efforts to promote liberty within the corrupt system.

Monies raised from this liberty yard sale will fund the beginnings of an Alternative Media/Liberty Project in Nashville, TN which will include booths at gun shows,  a vlog and/or podcast, and original documentaries.

These banners and signs would look great in a college dorm room, bedroom, or garage. Ron Paul already has some speaking events lined up so you could purchase these and get the good doctor to give you his autograph as well...

The MESSAGE is spreading...

The Messengers for Liberty trailer has only been posted for 24 hours or so and we're almost to 1000 hits! We are already receiving some positive praise from fellow bloggers and liberty lovers..

Check out this quote from Megan of Silver Circle Movie
 http://www.silvercirclemovie.com/
"I was psyched when Joe Fuller posted the trailer to their Tennessee based project Messengers for Liberty on our Facebook page. It’s about darn time someone took on the daunting task of creating some webisodes that aren’t just 3 minutes long with ominous music, about the faces and courage behind this succeeding movement. Sometimes you need to celebrate the cause for liberty, the people in the community, the creative ideas, and the future that lies ahead, instead of all the doomsday-ness. I’m eager to see how Messengers for Liberty delivers. The trailer has be excited, and way to go Tennessee crew for getting TMOT’s inspirational self on the programming!"

Local Republican blogger Rod Williams also gave us a nod on his Disgruntled Republican Blog:

An Appeal to Ron Paul by Tom Woods

Jack Hunter does his best Mitt Romney Impression

please check out the links at the bottom of the video...

No hard feelings, Jack. I have met you and think your a gifted political commentator and a Southern Gentleman. My guess is that you are attempting to ensure a job with the Rand Paul 2016 campaign... It is sad to see the freedom movement split up but we should remain allies in our battle against Tyranny.

The Demise of the Ron Paul 2012 Campaign

Rand Paul sells out and Endorses Mitt Romney
Jesse Benton sabotages Ron Paul's campaign:
http://www.tennesseeforronpaul.com/2012/05/did-jesse-benton-destroy-ron-paul-2012.html

Justin Amash votes for military support and our tax dollars to go to Israel: http://lewrockwell.com/orig13/azhar2.1.1.html

Ron Paul voted NO:
"Earlier this month, the U.S. House of Representatives quietly passed a bill that critics insist effectively guarantees unlimited military aid to the government of Israel. HR 4133, dubbed the “United States-Israel Enhanced Security Cooperation Act of 2012,” makes it “the policy of the United States to help Israel preserve its qualitative military edge” and “to provide Israel the military capabilities necessary to deter and defend itself by itself against any threats.”

The bill passed by a vote of 411-2 with 9 members voting “present.” The two “No” votes were cast by Texas Congressman and Republican presidential candidate Ron Paul and Congressman John Dingell (D-MI), former Chairman of the House Energy and Commerce Committee and the longest currently serving member of Congress.

Mr. Paul assailed the bill for being “one-sided” and “counter-productive” and argued that it weakened the U.S.’s claims of being an honest broker seeking peace in the Middle East. He also took issue with the bill’s statement that U.S. policy should be to defend “the security of Israel as a Jewish state.”

“According to our Constitution,” argued Mr. Paul, “the policy of the United States government should be to protect the security of the United States, not to guarantee the religious, ethnic, or cultural composition of a foreign country.”"

Justin Amash voted YES:
"Rep. Justin Amash (R-MI), the freshman congressman often lauded for his constitutional conservatism, voted for the bill and came under heavy criticism on his Facebook page. “This is constitutional in connection with Congress's power to raise and support Armies,” argued Mr. Amash, a defense that was quickly rejected by most constituents. “It's constitutional to financially support foreign armies? What Constitution are you reading?”

Many commentators expressed disappointment at the misallocation of resources inherent in the resolution. “It downright appalling to cut a billion dollars from Meals on Wheels and lunches for our poor kids and give the money to Israel,” said one woman. Others expressed surprise at the fundamental violation of the non-aggression principle. “Why do you use government force to take money from my pay check to send to their military? You don't see that as unethical?”"

Rand Paul voted for Sanctions against Iran:
Rand Paul tries to explain that these are sanctions against Iran's central bank.. but these sanctions would "trickle down" and adversely affect the innocent men, women, and children of Iran who are reliant upon the currency issued by their central bank. http://youtu.be/3LzzBOVsIFk

I guess he changed his mind/caved due to the grassroots holding his feet to the fire and voted to block the Iran Sanctions:

Jack Hunter attempts to put a positive spin on recent events... He has some valid points but I am not interested in growing the Republican Party:

I hope my fellow Ron Paul Revolutionaries will follow the example of Dr. Paul and vote priincipal over politics in 2012. I don't care how they try to sell Mitt Romney to us, don't settle for White Obama over Black Obama. Mitt Romney and Obama are practically the same candidate...both are pro war, pro bail outs, anti gun, and pro abortion. It is my concern that these recent endorsements of Romney and poor votes by so called "constitutional conservative" candidates are simply watering down the Ron Paul Revolution and creating a new wave of neoconservative-lite politicians.

Write in Ron Paul or consider voting for Gary Johnson:

Ron Paul: A Man of Faith

"I have accepted Jesus Christ as my personal Savior, and I endeavor every day to follow Him in all I do and in every position I advocate." -Ron Paul

My faith is a deeply private issue to me, and I don't speak on it in great detail during my speeches because I want to avoid any appearance of exploiting it for political gain. Let me be very clear here: I have accepted Jesus Christ as my personal Savior, and I endeavor every day to follow Him in all I do and in every position I advocate.

It is God Who gave us life. As He is free, so are those He created in His image. Our rights to life and liberty are inalienable.

I'm running for President of the United States because I believe that our traditions and way of life are under attack from an out-of-control federal government and reckless politicians who show no regard for what our Founders entrusted to our protection.

America became the greatest nation in human history because a dedicated band of Patriots believed their God-given rights were worth fighting for, even if it meant challenging the world's most powerful nation in what many deemed a "hopeless" cause.

Being free meant so much to our forefathers that they put everything on the line -- and thousands sacrificed their lives -- to give the promise of liberty to not only their children and grandchildren, but to generations they knew they would never even meet.

Their courage and determination guaranteed they would defy the odds and achieve victory.

In this critical election, you and I must decide if the principles of limited government and personal freedom are worth fighting for once again.

Since I'm asking for your vote and your trust to lead this nation, let me tell you a little bit about my background and beliefs.

My parents raised my four brothers and me on a dairy near Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, where they set clear examples for each of us about faith, honest living, and individual responsibility. Their Christian values helped inspire two of my brothers to eventually enter the ministry, and provided me with the foundation I needed to practice medicine and one day become a U.S. Representative.

In addition to my time in Congress, I am proud to have delivered over 4,000 babies as a country doctor in Texas. As I trained to practice medicine, I became convinced without a doubt that life begins at the moment of conception. I never performed an abortion, and I never once found an abortion necessary to save the life of the mother. In fact, I successfully helped women struggling with their pregnancies to seek other options, including adoption.

I am running to Restore America Now, and by that I mean that it's time to protect and promote the basic God-given rights inherent in the promise of America.

We must pass on our heritage of liberty to the next generation -- not tens of trillions of dollars in debt and liabilities.

We must stand for life -- not allow millions of innocent children to continue to be slaughtered with the government's approval.

We must follow the Biblical mandate of using honest weights and measures -- not printing money out of thin air in almost complete secrecy and then handing it over to oppressive dictators.

We must only send our men and women to fight for our country when the mission is clear, every necessary tool needed to win is provided, and we respect the Constitution by declaring war.

Once war is declared, it must be waged according to Just War principles. We should only fight when it's in our national security interest, and we should no longer do the corrupt United Nation's bidding by policing the world.

In Congress, I never vote for any piece of legislation that violates the Constitution's strict limits on government power. I also do not participate in the congressional pension system.

As President, I give you my word that I will only exercise my authority within the confines of the Constitution, and I will work every day to rein in a runaway federal government by binding it with the chains of that document.

For my stands and beliefs, I am told that my efforts are "hopeless." Like those who were proud to stand up for what they knew was right to create our nation, however, I firmly believe that now is a better time than ever before to reclaim our liberties. No situation is hopeless for those who receive their strength from their faith, family, and freedom.

And like those Patriots, I have no doubt that liberty will prevail.

I invite you to join me and millions of other Americans in taking our stand to honor our forefathers' sacrifices and Restore America Now.

From The War In Afghanistan To The Ron Paul Revolution

In May of 2007, the 173rd Airborne Brigade Combat Team deployed to the Konar Province of Afghanistan. The 2/503rd Infantry Battalion occupied the Pesche River Valley, which is the mountainous tribal region along the Pakistani border where the Russian military was pushed out in the 1980’s. I was an active duty soldier who served there until our deployment ended in August of 2008. While we were there, ABC’s “Nightline” ran a special about one of our platoons, calling the area “the most dangerous place on Earth.” The White House and DOD (Department of Defense) publicly proclaimed that we were at the tip of the spear of the Afghanistan campaign in the “War on Terror.” During this deployment, our Unit dropped more ordnance than any other unit in any other area in Iraq or Afghanistan. Journalist Tim Hetherington of Vanity Fair covered part of our experience which led to the Oscar-nominated documentary, “Restrepo.” Tim would later be killed covering the U.S. intervention into Lybia. Many of the soldiers he covered would come home to find that they had been so affected by combat experiences, they could no longer function as average members of society. Many would go back to Afghanistan again, or to Iraq… again. Some of them had already been to both… again… and again… and again. Some would choose to take their own lives. I came home with a combat-related disability and was honorably discharged via medical retirement. American forces were pulled out of the Korengal Valley in 2010. That whole region of Afghanistan is still in chaos as of this writing.
When I joined the Army, I took an Oath; I took it seriously and I would readily take it again. Serving the Constitution has been one of the greatest privileges of my life. I believe in the Constitution, the ideas which led to its inception, and the principles for which it still reminds us to stand today. The Framers of our Republic knew the dangers of a perpetual Warfare State and advocated free trade with all and entanglements with none. They understood that war breaks down the moral fiber of a nation, which has both cultural and economic consequences. The Founding Fathers of our nation envisioned a population that would keep itself educated and vigilant about the danger of government overreach into any and all parts of individuals’ lives and affairs. If you don’t keep your rights secure, don’t be surprised when you no longer have any. Freedom is fragile, and liberty is losable. Passivity, complacency, disinterest, ignorance, and taking the Blessings of Liberty for granted are our enemies and the conditions which will sink any future for American greatness. Autodidacticism is the order of the day for conscientious citizens.
I’m supporting Ron Paul for the following reasons and many more, as well:
·Dr. Ron Paul is a pro-life obstetrician who has delivered thousands of babies.
·Texas Libertarian Republican Ron Paul is solidly behind the 2nd Amendment & the Rights it ensures.
·Vietnam era Veteran Air Force Flight Surgeon Dr. Ron Paul wants to finally end the wars & bring our troops home.
·Monetary Policy expert Ron Paul wants a full and transparent audit of the Federal Reserve Bank for an accounting of how the secret manipulation of taxpayers’ money was handled around TARP & the other bailouts.
·Limited government champion Ron Paul is the only presidential candidate advocating the elimination of five cabinet level departments of the federal government.
·Fiscal responsibility advocate Ron Paul has promised to balance the federal budget again before his 1st term in office expires.
·Rep. Ron Paul has a roughly thirty year record of being the most consistent vote in Congress regarding fidelity to the Constitution and the Rights, Freedoms, & Liberties it represents.
·Austrian Economics expert Ron Paul has the right capitalist vision for unleashing the free market engine of opportunity and potential for our posterity.
·Civil Liberties advocate Ron Paul would restrain the government’s policing power from asserting itself into non-violent private actions of peaceful people in their own homes.
As a concerned taxpaying American, a combat veteran who still fights for the Constitution, and a deeply convicted believer in individual human Liberty as a Natural (God-given) Right, I’m wholeheartedly supporting Ron Paul for President of the United States in 2012 and would sincerely implore you to do the same. I would appreciate if you would join me in VOTING FOR RON PAUL FOR PRESIDENT in 2012!♠

Author Adam G. House is a retired U.S. Army veteran. He served with the famed 2/503rd Infantry Battalion, 173rd Airborne Brigade, including a deployment to the infamous Konar Province of Afghanistan from May 07-Aug 08.

Ronald Reagan supports Barry Goldwater

"If you analyze it I believe the very heart and soul of conservatism is libertarianism. I think conservatism is really a misnomer just as liberalism is a misnomer for the liberals–if we were back in the days of the Revolution, so-called conservatives today would be the Liberals and the liberals would be the Tories. The basis of conservatism is a desire for less government interference or less centralized authority or more individual freedom and this is a pretty general description also of what libertarianism is." -Ronald Reagan

I sincerely believe that if America is to survive as a Constitutional Republic, the Republican Party must search for her roots. A return to the Conservative ideas of Barry Goldwater and Ronald Reagan must be embraced and saber rattling, war mongering, and deficit spending must be abandoned. Ron Paul is the only Presidential Candidate who will obey the Constitution and restore America.

Ron Paul's ideas are not extreme or fanciful only a rehashing of our Founding Father's advice and the talking points of Barry Goldwater and Ronald Reagan.

Michael Scheuer Endorses Ron Paul for President

"Michael Scheuer is the former head of the Bin Laden unit for the CIA. He was with the CIA for 22 years. He quit in disgust after the 9-11 commission report was released. He is the best-selling author of four books on the subject of foreign policy and the Middle East, and he is a painful thorn in the side of the establishment."

Ron Paul's Dangerous Foreign Policy of Peace

"However, launching pre-emptive, undeclared wars on faked pretenses does not make us “safe”, it just makes us more enemies. Everyone still remembers that we were lied into the Iraq War on the very same “OMG they have nuclear weapons” nonsense that Romney and Obama are spewing now. If we attack Iran, we will establish the United States as the advocate of the ‘Adolf Hitler School of International Relations’, which consists mainly of pre-emptive attacks on small countries. That worked really well for Adolf; for the first couple of years his approval ratings were sky-high. Later, however, the policy led to a bit of “blow-back” and the destruction of all German cities."
