Iraq War Veteran To Obama: You Are Untrustworthy

An open letter to the President of the United States of America, Barack H. Obama

Dear Mr. President,


Trust is not a thing to be taken lightly. Without it, we have nothing, we are nothing. How can a relationship work if spouses don’t trust one another? It can’t. What about business partners? Can they run a successful start-up without trust? No. What about a military unit? Can we operate effectively if we can’t trust our brothers? No… not that you would know anything about that….


Well, Mr. President, trust is not just essential to personal relationships. As members of the greatest fighting force in the world, we swear an oath to protect and defend the Constitution of the United States, and to obey lawful orders from you and the officers appointed above us.
